TODAY we will start reading Lorraine Hansberry's play A Raisin in the Sun. The movie version with Sidney Poitier playing the lead role of Walter Lee Younger. I like finishing up the year with this play because it focuses on the American dream, the primary focus of the American Literature curriculum.  Enjoy!
